DIGITAL MARKETING

 The primary role of a digital marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention. A digital marketer will typically be working as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions. They will normally report to a digital marketing manager, a marketing manager or an IT Manager. 


Roles Include:

  

•Support with the businesses internal marketing concepts consisting of; web content writing, email marketing campaigns and video editing 

•Assist with projects geared towards increasing brand awareness and overall business exposure

•Monitoring/updating the businesses social media sites; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc

•Exploring ways to generate leads through creative content and imagery- video and photography

•Assist with updating the businesses website and adding product listings including content and image design for Industrial Glow and NFS Contracts

•Utilizing video editing software to produce engaging content geared towards select target audience

•General admin tasks to support the wider team

•Answering the phone and speaking to customers
